hello spring!

So it has been pouring all day since yesterday and I am pretty tired of it! We still haven't recovered from the last storm we had about two weeks ago. However, I know all this rain will help the plants and trees to start blooming and what not if they don't fall over from a soaking wet ground...

So I had intentions of posting a drawing for Illustration Friday but I just couldn't get into it this week. However, I finally finished an illustration I started a few years ago. I don't know what took me so long. Although, I did have to go back into the illustration and update some of the style I had originally approached this drawing with. The eyes were far too big!

Here is this weeks drawing. It's a little rushed so I apologize for that but I have been sooo busy making toys for my etsy shop!
Now matter how hard I try to make something look mean and ugly...it just turns into something cute and lovable! She's suppose to look all brave next a big scary monster...oh well! Anyway hope some of you still enjoy it.
