Happy New Year!

So begins another year. I will maintain not making resolutions since I tend to not keep up with them however I will try to make an effort to complain less and be happy for all that I have. Thank you to my friends and family being there throughout the year and what a year 2012 turned out to be! I wish everyone a happy and joyous New Year! Cheers! 

With that said, here is a look at my mask that I made for last night New Year's masquerade party! I unfortunately have only one picture of this and there is a glimpse of it on in my Instagram feed. It's my first attempt of using leather which was surprisingly not as hard as I thought it would be but I think I need a whole lot of practice until I can get it down right. For my first attempt though, I would say not bad! 

Hopefully this new year I plan to keep up with my blog a little better and maybe start to work hard at being able to do what I really want to be doing with my life and my art. So good luck to myself! In the meantime stay tuned I will be posting pictures from my next sketchbook project before I send it on it's way!!
